  • What method of shipping do you use?
    The Sweet Tooth ships to all 50 United States using Priority Mail only. Insurance is always included in cost of shipping.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes.The Sweet Tooth ships anywhere in the world via Priority Mail International shipping.

  • Do you ship your chocolates in warm weather?
    We don`t ship any chocolates during warm summer months when temperatures are over 75 degrees F. We suggest that you stop by our store during warm summer months.

  • Do you ship nostalgia candy in warm temperatures ?
    Yes. However, any nostalgia candy made with chocolate will not be shipped. We suggest that you come into our store during warm temperatures. We do ship all Nostalgia candy except chocolate.

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Only residents of New Jersey are liable for N.J. sales tax which is 7 percent.

  • Do you have a minimum order amount?
    No minimum order required.

  • Do you deliver?
    Yes. Local delivery is available. We do charge a small fee for delivery.Please call or e-mail us for pricing.

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit cards.

  • Do you sell Sugar Free chocolates ?
    Yes. We make our sugar free chocolates using only Maltitol as our sugar substitute in our chocolates.Please look up sugar free chocolates in our product pages.

  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped ?
    Generally, most small orders will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Large orders will take longer.We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if there is an item that is out of stock. During the busy holiday season, we will post in this catagory when the last shipment day will be. You can call or e-mail us with any questions or concerns.

  • What is your refund policy?
    We do not offer any refunds on homemade chocolates or nostalgia candy. Any other product may be returned and exchanged for something of equal value provided it has not been used or damaged. Buyer pays shipping costs to ship item or items back to store. Refunds will be given on items other than chocolates or nostalgia candy provided that the item has not been damaged or used.Thank you for your cooperation.Refunds may take up to 7 days to complete.

  • Do you have a " privacy policy " ?
    Yes. The Sweet Tooth will keep confidential all VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit card purchases and never will divulge any personal information such as home or business addresses,home, cell or business telephone numbers pertaining to any purchase made online or in our store.The Sweet Tooth does not keep any credit information on file, by paper, or online in our computer system. The Sweet Tooth will never reveal anyone`s credit card information to anyone.

  • When I order online on your website, do you have a secure server?
    Yes, Our online shopping cart maintains a secure server and encryption. Your credit card information is protected.
